OA Crisis Response provides a variety of qualified travel nurses and other healthcare professionals for short-term assignments due to flu outbreaks or any other type of healthcare crisis. These critical situations can present the following staffing shortages:
• Increased demand for staff to assist with the challenges of an outbreak
• Vacancy of current staff members due to illness
• Time off for current staff to take care of children or other family members
